Tori cut my son's hair and also cut his self esteem. She did not listen to what he wanted. He specifically told her what number to use on the sides and she instead used a lower number. She cut literally 3 inches off his hair when he asked her to leave it long. The incompetence is appalling. Even after he told her she cut too much off, she said she needed to cut more to even things out. This experience traumatized my son, he does not want to go out in public. I highly recommend you go somewhere - ANYWHERE - else.
